Next Training Cohort: January 12-14, 2026

• Orientation meeting on Thursday, January 8, 2026 from 1-3pm Eastern.

Mentor Coaching Cohorts:

• Group Meetings (6 hours): September 10, 17, and December 10 from 2-4pm Eastern on Zoom

• Individual Sessions (4 hours) will be scheduled with the mentor coaches to review recorded coaching sessions.

Our training is also designed for organizations and groups. The training schedule is customized with the group’s schedule to be offered in the virtual format of two 10-hour intensives, and nine 2-hour seminars, along with the assigned reading and reflection from the text, Coaching for Transformation,  by M. Lasley, V. Kellogg, R. Michaels, and S. Brown.

We also offer Mentor Coaching and Performance Assessment as part of a group package. Please inquire about special rates.
